Network Issues (Resolved)

We are currently seeing some connectivity issues on our UK network that will be preventing many users from seeing their sites, accessing mail etc. We are looking into this as a matter of urgency and will update you with more info when it is available.

Update 1
This issue was traced to a DoS attack and the problem has been taken care of. All access has returned to normal and we will continue to monitor this situation for any further problems.

Update 2
The network has now been stabilized and all services should be normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused here - we do not expect any further disruption this evening. If you do experience any issues please open a ticket with support.

DNS Issues - Buckley (Resolved)

We appear to be experiencing and issue with the DNS for websites hosted on Buckley not resolving correctly resulting in the server default page being displayed.

This is being investigated as a matter of urgency, and an update will be posted when we have further information.

Important Network Maintenance (Completed)

We will be performing important maintenance to several of our network switches in the Centro facility during the maintenance window of 10.00pm - Midnight on Monday 7 April 2014.

During that window we will be updating firmware on the switches and anticipate around 10 minutes downtime whilst these updates are carried out. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this essential maintenance, and the short notice given.

High Load - Chad (Resolved)

This server is currently experiencing a high load which may be causing some issues with stability and access. The matter is currently under investigation and further information will follow as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Denial of Service Attack (Resolved)

It looks like we are currently the target of a very large denial of service attack. We are working on isolating and mitigating this now, and appreciate your patience during this time.

The attack appears to have subsided a short time ago. We're continuing to monitor the situation.

We have seen no repeated denial of service attacks destined towards the network since the attack subsided last night.
