Scheduled Network Maintenance (Completed)
This is advance notice that we will be performing scheduled network maintenance during the following maintenance window: 1.00am Tuesday 24th March 2015 - 3.00am Tuesday 24th March 2015
We do not anticipate any lengthy downtime, however as with all maintenance of this nature, we consider the network to be in an AT RISK period and packet loss may occur at stages during the above period.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this scheduled essential maintenance work.

MySQL and PHP updates - Chad (Completed)
We will be updating MySQL and PHP updates on Chad on Thursday 26 February 2015 from 9:30pm GMT.
Clients may experience temporary disruption to web and database services whilst this work is being carried out, which should hopefully be completed within 60 minutes.

Scheduled Network Maintenance (Completed)
This is a reminder that scheduled network maintenance will take place tonight. Please refer to 12th January post for further information.
The work should only take around 5-10 Minutes per server.

Scheduled Network Maintenance (Completed)
on several occasions last year our core network encountered some issues. The temporary configuration we have been running for the past few months is now regarded as stable, so to finalize this configuration and hardware, we will be swapping the temporary hardware we have been loaned by the vendor with our own like-for-like hardware.
This essential network maintenance work undertaken between midnight and 4.00am on Tuesday 20th January.
During this time, there may be periods where network connectivity is impacted. This cannot be avoided, but we have scheduled this work to be undertaken out of business hours to minimize the impact to service.
We must stress that sites and services will not be down for 4 hours. This is simply the maintenance window for this work, which should hopefully be completed within 5-10 minutes per rack.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this essential scheduled maintenance.
